**Soothing and comforting massage oil**: Especially effective in times of sadness or depression, it helps to restore good spirits and calm the nerves. Mix in 30 ml of Sesame oil, 4 drops of White Sandalwood, 3 drops of Benzoin, 1 drop of Jasmine, and 1 drop of Ylang Ylang. Apply on the back along the entire spine.

**Oil for rheumatic pains**: Mix in a 50 ml bottle, 20 drops of Benzoin, 20 drops of Camphor Rosemary, 10 drops of Ginger, and 5 drops of Black Pepper. Fill the rest of the bottle with Hemp oil and apply on the affected joints.






#### ***Inhaled Use***




- **Calming and balancing energy synergy**: Useful in moments of difficult decisions or worrisome situations. Add 3 drops of Benzoin, 2 drops of Frankincense, and 2 drops of Bergamot to a thermal diffuser.
