### Natural Carrot Seed Essential Oil - Daucus carota -


Carrot is a small, hard, and whitish root vegetable with a stem that can grow up to 1.5 meters, topped with white umbels. The essential oil is extracted from the dried seeds of the wild carrot plant (**Daucus carota**), part of the Apiaceae or Umbelliferae family. The oil has a viscous consistency, yellow-brown color, and a woody, earthy fragrance.
