📏 Measurements & Equivalences

• 2 g almond shell exfoliant = 1 heaping teaspoon
• 8 g vegetable oil = 1 heaping tablespoon (you can be generous with the oils)

🧾 Materials

• Jojoba wax (oil)
• St. John’s Wort macerated oil
• Geranium essential oil
• Tea Tree essential oil
• Fine almond shell exfoliant
• Rose hydrosol

⚠️ Important Note

When performing exfoliation in the bath or shower, always use a non-slip mat or a towel placed under your feet to avoid dangerous slips caused by oils.

💧 Dosage

Facial use

• Exfoliant: 1/2 teaspoon
• Vegetable oil: 1 teaspoon (alone or blended)
• Essential oil: 1 drop of each (max. 2 drops)

Body use

• Exfoliant: 2 g (1 heaping teaspoon)
• Vegetable oil: 8 g (1 generous tablespoon)
• Essential oil: 2–3 drops of each (max. 6 drops)

📝 Instructions

1. In a glass bowl, mix the almond exfoliant with the vegetable and essential oils.
2. Apply to the skin and exfoliate using gentle circular motions.
3. Rinse carefully with plenty of water.
4. Spray rose hydrosol to restore the hydrolipidic film.
5. (Optional step): In a clean bowl, mix the same vegetable and essential oils (without exfoliant) and massage until absorbed to restore the skin’s protective barrier.
