Shopping at Essenciales

Making a purchase on our website couldn't be easier: just visit our online store, add the items you want to your cart, and when you're done, click on Place Order to access the payment page and complete your order. Please remember that to make cash on delivery payments, you must choose the Express Parcel carrier.

As soon as we receive notification of your order, we will send you an email to confirm it. This confirmation email is for informational purposes only and in no way implies or constitutes a contractual relationship. Once we have processed the order, we will send you a receipt. This receipt will confirm the existence of a contract.

Please check your email inbox as sometimes the confirmation email we send ends up in the spam folder. If you have contacted us or placed an order, please check this folder and mark Essenciales emails as safe. We assure you that Essenciales does not send unsolicited emails or spam and only contacts our customers when necessary for the successful completion of a transaction.

Taxes

The prices shown include the legally applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) and are indicated in euros. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the indicated prices do not include shipping costs.

Accounts activated for professionals and wholesalers show prices without VAT.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day you, or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the last good.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 calendar days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

If you use this option, we will communicate to you an acknowledgment of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g., by email) without delay.

Essenciales does not cover the cost of returning products.

If the goods, by their nature, cannot normally be returned by post, you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods, which will be €5.99 (mainland and Balearic Islands) if processed through Essenciales.

If the goods, by their nature, cannot normally be returned by post and a reasonable estimate of the return cost cannot be made in advance, you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. It is estimated that this cost will be approximately €29 maximum (mainland and Balearic Islands).

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal for certain goods

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts that relate to:
- The supply of goods or services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market that the trader cannot control and that may occur during the withdrawal period.
- The supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
- The supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire rapidly.
- The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
- The supply of sealed audio or sealed video recordings or sealed computer software which were unsealed by the consumer after delivery.
- The supply of a newspaper, periodical, or magazine, with the exception of subscription contracts for the supply of such publications.
