Applications:
Topical Use:
- For acne-prone skin: Add one drop of Extra Bergamot to your daily facial toner.
- For oily hair: Mix one drop of Extra Bergamot and one of Clary Sage in your shampoo or conditioner.
- Natural Deodorant: Mix half a cup of baking soda with half a cup of coconut oil and add 15 drops of Extra Bergamot, 5 of Rosemary Cineol, 10 of Cypress and 5 of Clary Sage. Use daily.
- Relaxing Massage: Combine 2–3 drops of Extra Bergamot with Lavender and Roman Chamomile diluted in hemp oil. Apply on the back and soles of the feet.
Diffusion:
- To enhance self-esteem and positivity: Add 3 drops of Extra Bergamot and 2 of White Sandalwood to your diffuser.
- For deep sleep: Use 3 drops of Extra Bergamot, 2 of Ylang Ylang and 2 of Lavender before bedtime.
