The products we offer on the website are finished products, with closed batches and documentation specifically prepared for sale to the final consumer. Therefore, we provide generic information as part of our commitment to transparency. This information gives a good overview of the technical characteristics of the product and is located in the documentation section when available.
We understand the needs that may arise as a laboratory and appreciate the professional approach when legal technical documentation is required. However, our retail sales conditions do not include the possibility of adapting industrial documentation to measure or according to specific requirements for intermediate use.
We are happy to provide the technical documentation required for formulation of all products, as long as this type of information is associated with industrial accounts (B2B or inter-factory), which require minimum quantities and formats managed through our commercial team.
