Usage Methods

• Anti-cellulite synergy: Mix 20 drops of Juniper essential oil with 20 drops of Grapefruit, 10 drops of Peppermint, 10 drops of Geranium, 20 drops of Cypress, and 10 drops of Lemon in 100 ml of fractionated coconut oil or hemp oil. Apply the blend once or twice a day to areas prone to cellulite.
• Anti-acne roll-on: In a 10 ml roll-on bottle, mix 10 drops of Juniper, 10 drops of Tea Tree, and 5 drops of Geranium. Add Rosehip oil to fill the bottle, and use the roll-on on acne spots twice a day.
• Energy balancing massage: Add 30 drops of Juniper essential oil, 30 drops of Bay Laurel, 10 drops of Frankincense, 5 drops of Vetiver, and 10 drops of Bitter Orange to a bottle with 50 ml of Apricot Kernel oil. Apply a few drops of this formula along the spine, on the soles of the feet, and on the solar plexus.
