I ordered arnica oil and they sent me bio arnica. It doesn't smell like anything. It's not arnica oil. No idea what it is, it seems like a carrier oil maybe almond. I feel cheated!!!

Small. There are no instructions on how to program it. The water leaks from the bottom when moving it.

The product comes halfway

It doesn't work

It has arrived solid, I suppose I will have to heat it in a double boiler to be able to use it, I don't know if I will spoil it.
