I don't know how to evaluate it.

They contacted me right away, even calling several days in a row since I didn't pick up the call. I was left without a consultation and with all my doubts. My suggestion for improvement is that calls be made in the afternoon, for those who, like me, cannot answer the phone in the morning. Alternatively, can we return the call?
