As you open the jar and smell it, you wouldn't say it's butter, but if you keep smelling it for a little while, the aftertaste stays like the butter from the Jumpers.

For my taste, a bit bitter, I prefer the custard aroma that smells like sweet vanilla.

For now, I find it very good.
