This is the best I have tried. There are quite a few, and not all are the same. In theory, they should be because it is supposed to be an extract of peppermint, which is a variant of mint that is produced in a rather artificial way, as it is a hybrid invented by the English in the 1700s, I don't remember exactly. But what does it matter? This is the one that works best for me. It doesn't cure my rhinitis, but I can't stop using it.
