I add it to creams and oils but it's hard to know if it has an effect. You have to take a leap of faith.

I include it in all orders because I have read that it has very interesting effects when mixed with creams or oils, but it is something that I do not directly appreciate.

I really like the scent. I mix it with creams and also use it in the pendant.
