Black Pepper Essential Oil Recipes
TOPICAL USE
- For a relaxing effect and to relieve muscle pain: Mix 5 drops of Black Pepper, 15 drops of Camphor Rosemary, 15 drops of Juniper Berry, 10 drops of Wintergreen, and 3 tablespoons of Black Cumin oil. Apply to the sore area and add 10 drops of the blend to a bath to enhance the effect.
- To stimulate the mind and boost energy: Mix 10 drops of Black Pepper with 20 drops of Laurel and 10 drops of Fir in 30 ml of Coconut oil. Smell the mixture and apply it to your neck and shoulders.
IN DIFFUSION
- To boost energy and improve mood: Add 3 drops of Black Pepper and 3 drops of Bergamot to a diffuser with 100 ml of water.
