💆 Uses & Applications

Topical massage

• To improve digestion:
  Blend 20 drops of Cardamom + 20 drops of Sweet Fennel + 20 drops of Peppermint in 50 ml of St. John’s Wort Oil. Massage the abdominal area 2–3 times daily after meals for lighter, faster digestion.
• To relieve cough:
  Mix 10 drops of Cardamom + 15 drops of Eucalyptus globulus + 10 drops of Lavandin in 30 ml of Hazelnut Oil. Apply to the chest, shoulders and soles of the feet 2–3 times daily until symptoms improve.

Diffusion

• As an aphrodisiac:
  Add 4–5 drops of Cardamom along with Ylang Ylang and Cinnamon to your diffuser. Creates a warm, sensual and stimulating atmosphere.
