Natural Carrot Seed Essential Oil - Daucus carota -
Carrot is a small, hard, and whitish root vegetable with a stem that can grow up to 1.5 meters, topped with white umbels. The essential oil is extracted from the dried seeds of the wild carrot plant (Daucus carota), part of the Apiaceae or Umbelliferae family. The oil has a viscous consistency, yellow-brown color, and a woody, earthy fragrance.

IN MASSAGE
- For liver support: Apply 3-4 drops of carrot essential oil and 2-3 drops of thyme, diluted in 1 teaspoon of coconut oil, over the abdominal area twice a day.
IN DIFFUSION
- To purify the air: Add 3-4 drops per 100ml in a diffuser along with lemon and lavender essential oils.
