- To alleviate physical and mental fatigue: Apply 3 drops of rosemary cineole essential oil along with 3 drops of wild pine, diluted in a teaspoon of vegetable oil on the lower back, twice a day.
- To strengthen and stimulate hair growth: Add 1 or 2 drops of rosemary cineole essential oil to a dose of shampoo and massage the scalp for a few minutes before rinsing.
