• Skin Care: Apply the oil to dry areas or areas with marks and massage in circular motions until the skin fully absorbs it. Repeat twice a day for best results.

• Fresh-Scented Massage: Mix one tablespoon of arnica oil with 2 drops of eucalyptus globulus essential oil and 2 drops of ravintsara. Apply to the chest, back, and shoulders with a massage and enjoy a pleasant feeling of freshness.
