FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT BOTTLING

Below are the most frequently asked questions and answers about bottle filling and packaging.

My bottle isn’t completely full!

Stay calm—let’s check the bottle and compare it with the chart above to verify the fill level. 30 ml bottles often look underfilled, but they actually contain the correct amount or even slightly more. The interesting reason behind this is that the traditional 30 ml bottle design comes from non-metric containers.

My essential oil bottle is half empty!

The most expensive and rare essential oils are often sold in small quantities. One of the most common formats is 5 ml, usually filled into a 10 ml bottle. We often add a label to remind you that the product amount is correct. Smaller vials are not as sturdy, so we avoid using them for shipping.

Some oil has leaked around the cap :-(

You open your order excitedly and—bam!—one bottle seems to have leaked. With the harsh conditions during shipping, this can sometimes happen. Fortunately, the amount that leaks is usually minimal and within safety margins. Check the contents against the chart to ensure it's within range.

I’m telling you it leaked and I lost a lot of product!

This bottle clearly had a rough journey! Sometimes, transport mishaps lead to breakage or abnormal leaks. Don’t worry—get in touch with us and we’ll help you as soon as possible.
