Uses and Applications

Topical Use
  • Decongestant Balm: Mix 1 drop of Rose Absolute, 3 drops of Bay Laurel, 3 drops of Frankincense, and 2 drops of Ginger with 1 tablespoon of Hemp seed oil and 1 teaspoon of Cocoa Butter. Apply to the chest 2-3 times a day.
  • Inflammation Relief: Mix 1 tablespoon of Calendula oil with 2 drops of Rose Absolute, 2 drops of German Chamomile, 1 drop of Geranium, and 1 drop of Palmarosa. Gently apply at least once a day.
Inhalation Use
  • Releasing Synergy: For respiratory difficulties and anxiety, mix in a 10ml bottle 5 drops each of these essential oils: Rose Absolute, Frankincense, Cardamom, Ginger, Thyme, and Bergamot. Use 2-3 drops of the blend per 100ml in a diffuser.
  • Anti-Anxiety Inhaler: Place in an aromatherapy inhaler 2 drops of Rose Absolute, 1 drop of Patchouli, 1 drop of Lemongrass, and 1 drop of Sweet Orange. Use it every 10 minutes in stressful situations.
