  • Soothing Skin Inflammation: Combine 1 tablespoon of Calendula oil with 2 drops of Rose Absolute, 2 drops of German Chamomile, 1 drop of Geranium, and 1 drop of Palmarosa. Apply gently once daily.

Inhalation Use

  • Liberating Synergy: For respiratory difficulties and anxiety, blend in a 10 ml bottle: 5 drops each of Rose Absolute, Frankincense, Cardamom, Ginger, Thyme, and Bergamot. Use 2–3 drops of this blend per 100 ml of water in a diffuser.
  • Anti-Anxiety Inhaler: Add to an inhaler: 2 drops of Rose Absolute, 1 drop of Patchouli, 1 drop of Lemongrass, and 1 drop of Sweet Orange. Inhale every 10 minutes during stressful moments.
