Uses and Applications:

In Massage:

1. Formula to improve digestion: Mix 20 drops of Cardamom, 20 drops of Sweet Fennel, and 20 drops of Peppermint in 50 ml of St. John's Wort Oil. Apply this formula to the digestive area 2-3 times a day after meals for light and rapid digestion.

2. Formula to soothe cough: Mix 10 drops of Cardamom, 15 drops of Eucalyptus globulus, and 10 drops of Lavandin with 30 ml of Hazelnut Oil. Apply to the chest, shoulders, and soles of the feet 2-3 times a day until the cough completely subsides.

In Diffusion:

1. As an aphrodisiac: Add 4-5 drops of Cardamom essential oil to a diffuser along with essential oils of Ylang Ylang and Cinnamon.
