USING SPARKLING WINE (CAVA/CHAMPAGNE) FLAVORING IN FOOD

Do not consume directly. Mix thoroughly with the preparation as recommended. For professional use in culinary applications only.

Suggested Dilutions:

  • Add 1 to 2 grams (20 drops ≈ 1 gram) per kilogram of dough or mixture (1.0 cc/Kg).
  • For baked products: add an additional 0.5 g (10 drops).
  • For beverages, cocktails, and smoothies: 0.5 grams per liter (10 drops per liter of drink).

USING SPARKLING WINE FLAVORING IN COSMETICS

  • Bath gels: Use 1 to 2%
  • Shampoo and hair products: Use 0.2 to 0.6%
  • Bath oils and salts: Maximum 9%
  • Facial products: Use 0.1 to 0.2%
  • Deodorants: Max 1.3%
  • Liquid soaps: Typical max 1.2%

USING SPARKLING WINE FLAVORING IN FRAGRANCES

The following doses are based on total fragrance usage:

  • Perfumed waters and colognes: Maximum 3 grams (60 drops) of fragrance per 100 ml of water/alcohol base.
  • Fragrances: 6 to 13 grams of fragrance (20 drops ≈ 1 gram) per 100 ml of excipients.
  • Perfumes: 10 to 18 grams (20 drops ≈ 1 gram) per 100 ml of excipients.
  • For children: Maximum 0.5 ml of fragrance per 100 ml of product/excipients.

USING SPARKLING WINE FLAVORING IN AIR FRESHENERS

  • Sprays: Mix at 30% with 70% ethyl alcohol or vodka (alcohol content can be reduced with water).
  • Reed diffusers and air fresheners: Suggested ratio of 30% fragrance, 70% DPG.

USING SPARKLING WINE FLAVORING AS A BASE

  • Mix with glycerin PhEur and propylene glycol USP.
  • Preparations: Mix at 8–12% with the base. Allow to macerate for 2 weeks for a richer flavor. For fruit flavors, one week of maceration is usually sufficient.

USING SPARKLING WINE FLAVORING IN DIFFUSERS
