Recipes with Lavender Essential Oil
IN MASSAGE
- To relieve and relax muscles: Use a mixture of 3-4 drops of Lavender essential oil, 3-4 drops of Ylang Ylang essential oil, and 2 drops of Roman Chamomile essential oil, with a teaspoon of Hemp oil on the muscles.
- To calm anxiety and "nervous stomach": Apply 3-4 drops of Lavender essential oil with 2-3 drops of Peppermint essential oil and Sweet Marjoram essential oil on the solar plexus, nape, and temples.
IN DIFFUSION
- To calm and relax during the day: Add 4-5 drops to a diffuser along with Lemon, Laurel, and Frankincense essential oils.
- To relax and induce sleep: Add 4-5 drops to a diffuser with Ylang Ylang and Mandarin essential oils.
- To refresh and calm the nervous system: Add 4-5 drops to a diffuser with Peppermint and Eucalyptus Globulus essential oils.
IN COSMETICS
- As a natural regenerator, repairer, and perfume: Add to our cosmetic mix (cream, gel, body lotion...) at 2% (for example, 2ml of Lavender essential oil for 100ml of Body Cream).
- As a regenerating and relaxing cosmetic tonic: Mix 10 drops of Lavender essential oil with 100ml of Rose or Chamomile Hydrosol. Use as a spray all over the body after a shower.

1. Relaxing Sleep Spray
Ingredients:
- 50 ml of distilled water
- 10 drops of lavender essential oil
- 5 drops of Roman Chamomile essential oil
- 1 teaspoon of alcohol (optional, to help mix)
Instructions:
- Mix the distilled water and alcohol in a spray bottle.
- Add the essential oils.
- Shake well before each use.
- Lightly spray on pillows and sheets before sleeping.
2. Soothing Skin Balm
Ingredients:
- 30 ml of coconut oil
- 15 drops of lavender essential oil
- 5 drops of tea tree essential oil
- 1 teaspoon of beeswax
Instructions:
- Melt the coconut oil and beeswax in a double boiler.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Add the essential oils and mix well.
- Pour into a small jar and let cool completely.
- Apply a small amount to irritated or dry skin.
3. Relaxing Body Scrub
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of sea salt
- ½ cup of sweet almond oil
- 10 drops of lavender essential oil
- 5 drops of peppermint essential oil
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix the sea salt and sweet almond oil.
- Add the essential oils and mix well.
- Store in an airtight jar.
- Use in the shower, gently massaging onto wet skin, and rinse well.
4. Essential Oil Diffuser for Stress
Ingredients:
- Essential oil diffuser
- Water as per the diffuser's instructions
- 8 drops of lavender essential oil
- 4 drops of ylang ylang essential oil
- 4 drops of bergamot essential oil
Instructions:
- Fill the diffuser with water according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- Add the essential oils.
- Turn on the diffuser and enjoy the relaxing aroma.
