MASSAGE

• For digestive support: Apply 1 drop of Cinnamon Leaf essential oil with 2 tablespoons of Almond or Coconut Vegetable Oil and 3 drops of Peppermint essential oil and 5 drops of Ginger essential oil on the abdomen before and after meals.

DIFFUSION

• To eliminate persistent odors: Add 3-4 drops to a diffuser along with Lemon essential oil.
• To stimulate energy, vitality, sexuality: Add 3-4 drops to a diffuser along with Geranium, Jasmine, Rose, or Petitgrain essential oil.
