IN MASSAGE
- For Respiratory Support: Apply 5-6 drops of Eucalyptus essential oil with 1 tablespoon of hemp or coconut vegetable oil to the chest, back, and soles of the feet, 2-3 times a day.
IN DIFFUSION
- To Improve Breathing and Clean the Air: Add 4-5 drops to a diffuser along with lavender and lemon essential oils.
TOPICAL USE
- To Eliminate Skin Fungi (Candida): Apply 5-6 drops of Eucalyptus with 1 tablespoon of Aloe Vera gel to the affected area (always avoid mucous membranes and sensitive areas).
