Recipes with Lemon Essential Oil
IN THE KITCHEN
- To prepare lemonade or cocktails: Add 1 drop of lemon essential oil to a cocktail or 3-4 drops to 1 liter of lemonade to give extra flavor and aroma, with all the properties of the Essential Oil.
- To prepare cakes or pastries: Use your lemon essential oil to flavor your desserts. Remember that if you use it before baking, you will need to use more than if you use it without heating!
IN DIFFUSION
- To calm and relax during the day: Add 4-5 drops to a diffuser along with lavender and frankincense essential oils.
- To relax and induce sleep: Add 4-5 drops to a diffuser along with ylang-ylang and lavender essential oils.
- To calm anxiety and clear the mind: Add 4-5 drops to a diffuser along with frankincense essential oil.
IN COSMETICS
- To fade skin spots: Add 20 drops of lemon essential oil to 30ml of rosehip oil and apply every night to the affected area.
- As a mask to give brightness and cleanliness to the skin: Mix 3 drops of lemon essential oil with 1 tablespoon of honey and 1 tablespoon of coconut oil and apply to the face and neck.
