Recipes with Wintergreen Essential Oil
IN MASSAGE
- To relieve joint or muscle discomfort: Use a blend of 5 drops of Wintergreen essential oil with 3-4 drops of Lavender essential oil and 1 tablespoon of Black Cumin oil, and apply to joints or muscles.
- To improve digestive function: Use 1 drop of wintergreen with 1 teaspoon of coconut vegetable oil and apply to the abdominal area.
1. Massage for Muscle Pain
Ingredients:
- 10 ml sweet almond vegetable oil
- 3 drops wintergreen essential oil
- 2 drops lavender essential oil
- 2 drops rosemary essential oil
Instructions:
- Mix all the ingredients in a dark glass bottle.
- Apply the mixture to the affected areas and massage gently.
- Use 1 to 2 times daily as needed.
2. Relaxing Bath to Relieve Stress and Muscle Pain
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Epsom salts
- 5 drops wintergreen essential oil
- 3 drops lavender essential oil
- 2 drops peppermint essential oil
Instructions:
- Fill the bathtub with hot water.
- Dissolve the Epsom salts in the water.
- Add the essential oils and mix well.

Ingredients:
- 50 ml aloe vera gel
- 4 drops wintergreen essential oil
