Recipes with Wintergreen Essential Oil

IN MASSAGE

• To relieve joint or muscle discomfort: Use a blend of 5 drops of Wintergreen essential oil with 3-4 drops of Lavender essential oil and 1 tablespoon of Black Cumin oil, and apply to joints or muscles.
• To improve digestive function: Use 1 drop of wintergreen with 1 teaspoon of coconut vegetable oil and apply to the abdominal area.

1. Massage for Muscle Pain

Ingredients:

• 10 ml sweet almond vegetable oil
• 3 drops wintergreen essential oil
• 2 drops lavender essential oil
• 2 drops rosemary essential oil

Instructions:

1. Mix all the ingredients in a dark glass bottle.
2. Apply the mixture to the affected areas and massage gently.
3. Use 1 to 2 times daily as needed.

2. Relaxing Bath to Relieve Stress and Muscle Pain

Ingredients:

• 1 cup Epsom salts
• 5 drops wintergreen essential oil
• 3 drops lavender essential oil
• 2 drops peppermint essential oil

Instructions:

1. Fill the bathtub with hot water.
2. Dissolve the Epsom salts in the water.
3. Add the essential oils and mix well.
4. Soak in the bath for 20-30 minutes for relief.

3. Hot Compress for Joint Pain

Ingredients:

• 500 ml hot water
• 5 drops wintergreen essential oil
• 3 drops ginger essential oil
• 1 clean cotton cloth

Instructions:

1. Add the essential oils to the hot water.
2. Soak the cloth in the water, wring out the excess.
3. Apply the hot compress to the painful joints for 15-20 minutes.
4. Repeat as needed.

4. Refreshing Gel for Tired Legs

Ingredients:

• 50 ml aloe vera gel
• 4 drops wintergreen essential oil
• 3 drops cypress essential oil
• 2 drops peppermint essential oil

Instructions:

1. Mix all the ingredients in a jar.
2. Apply the gel to your legs, especially after a long day.
3. Store the gel in the refrigerator for an extra cooling effect.

5. Sports Massage Oil

Ingredients:

• 20 ml arnica vegetable oil
• 5 drops wintergreen essential oil
• 3 drops eucalyptus essential oil
• 3 drops peppermint essential oil

Instructions:

1. Mix all the ingredients in a dark glass bottle.
2. Massage the oil onto muscles before and after exercise.
