Recipes with Siberian Fir Essential Oil
IN MASSAGE
- To energize our body and mind: Apply 3-4 drops of Siberian Fir diluted in a teaspoon of almond oil on the lumbar area, 2 times a day.
IN DIFFUSION
- To start the day with energy: Add 3 drops to a diffuser along with Peppermint EO, Rosemary Cineole, and 1 drop of Clove.
- To decongest the respiratory system: Add 1 drop of Siberian Fir EO to a pot with hot water (it doesn't need to be boiling) and steam for 5 minutes, covering your head with a towel.
